Women Transforming Leadership

We want to transform leadership for everyone. From hierarchy to circle; from role to building capacity; from blame to self responsibility, from I to we, from exclusion to inclusion from competition to collaboration. We can all be leaders yet women traditionally don't back themselves and their authentic approach. We need the old structures and stories about leadership to change. Our vision is to create a community of women who support each other in transforming our leadership practices for all.

Who we are

Jen Barrkman and Willow Pryor, bring years of combined expertise and experience in psychology, storytelling, futures thinking, Playback and applied theatre to lead workshops in assisting women transform their leadership story. They are working to create a community of women who support each other in transforming leadership practices.
